Return & Refund Policy

At pawgiving, all products are made-to-order under a Print On Demand (POD) model. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final

Because each item is custom-made specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Personal preference or dissatisfaction not related to defects

We encourage customers to review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take full responsibility for issues caused by production or fulfillment errors.

You are eligible for a replacement or refund if your item:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Has a manufacturing defect

  • Is different from what was ordered

How to Request a Resolution

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue (including packaging if applicable)

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges due to the POD nature of our products.
If an item is eligible (damaged/defective), a replacement will be provided instead.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier first

  • Notify us within 7 days of the delivery status update

We will assist with an investigation; however, refunds or replacements are subject to the carrier’s final determination.

Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Orders may be canceled or modified only before production begins

  • Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled or changed
