Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes how orders are processed and shipped at pawgiving. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing & Production Time

All pawgiving products are made-to-order under a Print On Demand (POD) model.

  • Production time: 2–5 business days

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

  • Once production is complete, orders are shipped directly to the customer.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order details.

Estimated delivery times (after production):

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier performance, destination, or external factors beyond our control.

International Shipping & Customs

  • We ship internationally where supported by our fulfillment partners.

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • pawgiving is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local postal services.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to your email.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

  • In some cases, international tracking may be limited depending on the destination country.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for free reshipment.

  • If an address error is noticed before shipment, please contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once production has started.

Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe:

  • Please allow a few additional business days for delivery.

  • Contact the carrier using the provided tracking number.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please notify us within 7 days so we can assist with an investigation.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue

We will review the case and provide a replacement or appropriate resolution in accordance with our POD fulfillment policies.
